You may recall that Serena and I attended an EDDC Local Plan Working Group meeting a few weeks ago. EDDC are now moving into the decision-making phase of the site selection process – and with some urgency as explained in the attached letter.
For the first time at East Devon, site allocation decisions will be taken in meetings fully open to the public, with reserved time for public participation and input from East Devon ward members as well as towns and parish councils on every potential allocation. All of these meetings will be fully streamed via YouTube if you are interested – our area, but nothing specific in Combe Raleigh, is on 20 Sep 2024.
